2. Acceptance of These Terms
By engaging a Bridgen service or submitting an enquiry through our website, you confirm that you are aged 18 or above and have the legal capacity to enter into an agreement. These Terms apply to all services provided by Bridgen and form the basis of any service agreement between Bridgen and the Client.
3. Nature of Bridgen's Services
Bridgen provides administrative coordination and documentation support only. Our services are not legal, financial, medical, counselling, or any other form of regulated professional advice or representation. Bridgen does not act as a legal representative of the Client in any proceedings or before any regulatory authority.
Where a Client's situation requires legal, financial or professional advice, Bridgen will say so clearly and direct the Client to appropriate qualified practitioners. No part of any Bridgen service should be construed as a substitute for advice from a qualified professional.
4. Description of Services
Orientation Session for Families (RM 470): A one-hour educational session explaining general documentation sequences common in Malaysia, delivered in person or by video call with a printed booklet and blank templates. General educational content; not tailored advice.
Shared Calendar and Notice Service (RM 1,690 for four months): A four-month administrative arrangement maintaining a neutral shared calendar for two-home households, with advance written notices, a change log and monthly summaries.

Third-Party Fees are charged at cost with receipts.
5. Engagement and Scope
Each service engagement begins when Bridgen confirms in writing that the service is suitable for the Client's situation and the Client confirms their wish to proceed. The scope of work is defined in writing before work begins.
Work outside the defined scope is not included. If additional work is needed, Bridgen will advise the Client, who may choose whether to extend the engagement.
6. Client Responsibilities
The Client agrees to:
- Provide accurate and complete information required for service delivery
- Inform Bridgen promptly of any changes that affect the service
- Respond to requests for additional information within a reasonable time
- Pay Service Fees as agreed
- Not use Bridgen's services for any unlawful purpose
Bridgen is not liable for delays or errors resulting from incomplete or inaccurate information supplied by the Client.
7. Fees and Payment
Service Fees are as stated on the Bridgen website at the time of engagement and are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). Payment terms are confirmed in writing at the start of each engagement.
Third-Party Fees under the Relocation Documentation Support Programme are passed through to the Client at cost. Receipts are provided for all such fees. No handling charge is added by Bridgen.
Where an engagement is cancelled before completion, Bridgen will advise on any applicable refund based on work completed to that point. Cancellation terms are specified in the engagement confirmation sent to the Client.
8. Intellectual Property
The content of this website, including text, design and structure, is the property of Bridgen. Service materials such as booklets and templates provided as part of a service engagement may be used by the Client for their personal administrative purposes and may not be redistributed or used commercially.
9. Disclaimers
Bridgen provides services on an "as available" basis. We do not represent that submissions made on the Client's behalf will be accepted by government offices or other third parties, as acceptance decisions are made by those third parties.
The Orientation Session describes common practice in general terms. Processes and requirements at government offices are subject to change. Clients are responsible for verifying current requirements with the relevant offices or with their own qualified advisers.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by Malaysian law, Bridgen's liability in connection with any service is limited to the Service Fee paid for that service. Bridgen is not liable for indirect, consequential or incidental loss arising from service delivery or from delays by third parties.
11. Termination
Either party may terminate a service engagement by giving written notice. Where Bridgen terminates, any fees paid for undelivered work will be refunded on a pro-rata basis. Where the Client terminates, Bridgen will advise on any applicable partial refund based on work completed.
12. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. In the event of a dispute, the parties agree to attempt resolution through direct communication in the first instance. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days, it may be referred to the relevant courts of Malaysia.
13. Changes to These Terms
Bridgen may update these Terms from time to time. Active Clients will be notified of material changes by email. The "last updated" date on this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued engagement with Bridgen services after a revision constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
