Enquire About ThisWhy Families Work With Bridgen
No pressure, no shortcuts — just careful administrative work when families need a steady hand
Neutral and Administrative
Bridgen records and coordinates arrangements that households have already settled. We do not take sides and we do not advise on legal or personal matters.
Your Pace, Not Ours
Sessions and programmes are paced around your schedule. There is no pressure to move faster than feels manageable, and reading-time notices appear at the head of every long section.
Clear Written Records
Every arrangement, change request and submission is documented in writing. Families receive copies at each stage so nothing relies on memory alone.
Based in Kuala Lumpur
Our office is in Mont Kiara. Sessions can be held in person or by video call, and our team is familiar with offices and processes across the Klang Valley.
Transparent Costs
Service fees are fixed and stated upfront. Where third-party office fees apply, they are passed through at cost with receipts, so you always know what you are paying and why.
Information Handled Carefully
Personal and family information shared with Bridgen is used only for the service requested. We do not share it with third parties beyond what is needed to complete a specific submission.
Not sure which service fits your situation?

Frequently Asked Questions
Things families commonly ask before getting started
What exactly does Bridgen do — and what does it not do?
Bridgen provides administrative coordination: we organise, schedule, prepare document packs and keep written records. We do not provide legal, counselling, financial or any other regulated professional advice. For any matter requiring professional judgement, we will always refer you to a qualified practitioner of your choosing.
Who is the Orientation Session for?
Families who are at the beginning of a documentation or administrative process and want a clear, general picture of how these processes are typically structured in Malaysia. It is educational in nature and does not replace advice tailored to your specific circumstances.
How does the Shared Calendar service work in practice?
We set up a neutral digital calendar and give access to the named adults in the household arrangement. Ahead of each scheduled item — school events, handovers, appointments — we send a written notice. If an amendment is requested, it is logged with the date and the name of the person who requested it. A summary is provided at the end of each month. Bridgen does not make decisions about the calendar; we only record and communicate what the household has already agreed.
How long does the Relocation Documentation programme usually take?
Typically eight to fourteen weeks, depending on the complexity of the move and how quickly relevant offices process submissions. We track every submission and keep you updated in writing at each stage. If delays arise, we let you know promptly and outline what can be done.
Are office fees included in the programme price?
No — office fees charged by government departments or other third parties are passed through at cost and are separate from Bridgen's service fee of RM 3,890. You will receive receipts for every third-party payment made on your behalf.
Is my family's information kept private?
Yes. Information you share with Bridgen is used only for the service you have engaged. We do not share personal or family details with any third party except where it is directly necessary to complete a specific submission — for example, submitting a school enrolment application to the relevant office. You can read our full privacy policy for details.
Can sessions be held online if I am outside Kuala Lumpur?
Yes. The Orientation Session is available by video call. The Relocation Documentation programme includes remote coordination for families moving to Malaysia from abroad, with in-person appointments handled by our team where needed.
