Services built around what families actually need to do

Each Bridgen service has a defined start, a clear scope and a defined end. Nothing open-ended; nothing outside the administrative lane.

How Bridgen Works

The methodology behind all three services

Receive & Review

We begin every engagement by reviewing what you have told us, confirming the scope, and producing a written outline of what will be done and in what order.

Prepare & Coordinate

We prepare documents from the information you supply, schedule appointments, maintain records and submit or coordinate on your behalf — keeping you updated in writing at each stage.

Close & Hand Over

At the defined conclusion of a service, we produce a written closing record and hand it to you. The engagement ends; there is no ongoing obligation unless you choose to begin a new service.

These three stages apply in some form to all Bridgen services. The Orientation Session is simpler — a single session with a booklet — while the Relocation programme runs through all three in depth over several weeks.

Service 01

Orientation Session for Families

RM 470 per session

Orientation session for families

A one-hour session explaining, in general terms, how family documentation processes are usually sequenced in Malaysia — which offices are typically involved, what a standard document request contains, and how long each stage commonly takes.

Delivered in person in Kuala Lumpur or by video call. Each session includes a printed booklet and a set of blank templates for the most common document types. The session is educational: it describes common practice and does not constitute advice tailored to any individual's circumstances.

Families are consistently pointed toward their own qualified professionals — solicitors, notaries, consultants — for decisions about their specific situation.

What is included

  • One-hour session (in person or video call)
  • Printed booklet covering typical Malaysian documentation sequences
  • Blank templates for common document types
  • Written summary of the session sent by email afterwards

This service is for families who

  • Are at the beginning of a documentation process and want to understand the landscape

Service 02

Shared Calendar & Notice Service

RM 1,690 for four months

Shared calendar for two-home families

A four-month arrangement maintaining a neutral shared calendar for households coordinating school terms, appointments, travel and handovers across two homes. Bridgen sets up the calendar, grants access to named adults from each household, and sends written notices ahead of each scheduled item.

Every change to the calendar is logged with the date and the name of the person who requested it. A written summary is produced at the end of each month. The service is purely administrative: Bridgen records arrangements the household has already settled and takes no view on them.

The calendar record belongs to the family. At the end of the four-month period, a closing summary is provided and the engagement concludes unless a further period is arranged.

Service 03

Relocation Documentation Support Programme

RM 3,890 · Office fees passed at cost with receipts

Relocation documentation support

A programme for families moving between Malaysian states or returning to Malaysia from abroad, covering the paperwork side of the move. This includes preparing an inventory of documents needed for school enrolment, residence registration and utility transfer; producing application packs from client-supplied information; scheduling appointments with relevant offices; tracking submissions; and preparing a written handover file at completion.

The programme typically runs eight to fourteen weeks, depending on the number of submissions and office processing times. Bridgen coordinates with offices on the family's behalf but does not act as a legal representative. Government office fees are passed through at cost with receipts.

At completion, families receive a written handover file covering what was submitted, to whom, on what date, and the confirmed outcome of each submission.

What is included

  • Document inventory for school enrolment, residence registration and utility transfer
  • Application packs prepared from client-supplied information
  • Appointment scheduling with relevant offices
  • Submission tracking with written updates
  • Written handover file on completion
  • Office fees passed at cost; receipts provided

This service is for families who

  • Are relocating between Malaysian states
  • Are returning to Malaysia from abroad
  • Need school enrolment, residence registration and utility transfer handled in one coordinated programme
  • Want a written record of every submission and its outcome

Typical timeline

Weeks 1–2: Enquiry, scope confirmation, document inventory

2

Weeks 2–5: Application pack preparation and appointment scheduling

3

Weeks 4–12: Submissions made; tracking and written updates provided

Shared Standards Across All Services

The commitments that apply regardless of which service you engage

Data Security

Personal and family data is stored on password-protected systems. Externally shared only where a specific submission requires it.

Strict Neutrality

Bridgen does not take a position on any household arrangement. Both adults in a two-home situation receive the same written record.

Written Records

Every instruction and every submission is documented in writing. Families receive copies at each stage. Nothing rests on verbal understanding.

Referral to Professionals

Where a question requires legal, financial or counselling expertise, Bridgen says so clearly and points the family to appropriate qualified practitioners.

Fixed, Transparent Fees

Service fees are stated before engagement begins. Third-party costs are passed at cost with receipts. No handling surcharge, no unexpected invoices.

Two-Day Response Time

Initial enquiries receive a response within two working days. During an active engagement, updates are provided at defined intervals, not only when asked.

Not sure which service you need?

Describe your situation in a few lines and we will reply with a straightforward suggestion. No commitment required at that stage.
